Jesus, even the Slot In supporters are starting to turn on him. Not saying you are, mate, but I think this may have been the final straw for some. Slot won't be dismissed, though, because Edwards and Hughes don't have the balls to do the right thing, as it will reflect on them. He should have been sacked after PSV, but we persisted, and now Slot may have dragged the team down as far as it can go.

It's going to take a mammoth effort to get everything back on track, from player performance, fitness, style of play, and fan engagement. Everything has been completely and utterly ruined.

Very poor performance, no incisive forward play, possession is not killing any opposition, 6 purposeless corners to the near post, clearly as per instructions of someone.
This cannot be allowed to continue.

The style of football and energy in the team is absolutely horrendous.

But we are stuck with this for this season.

We love to throw away time. Today, 45 minutes of absolute nothing. Not caring. A friendly.

You can tell we are champions, as we have played terrible all season and are still in the top five.



No Champions League. He is gone.

Champions League qualification alone should not save his job.

Given the terrible football we had to endure this season, it must be a trophy and top four.

We won't win a trophy this season though.

Absolute rubbish tonight, only put in effort after going behind. Why can't we play like that from the 1st minute? Either instructed to, or poor attitude.
Hopefully will play kids or fringe players on Friday who will show a bit of passion and intensity.

That was dire. I've been arguing that whether Slot should stay or go is a complex subject. But, Omg, that game last night. I live in Europe, and wake very early, so to watch till 11.10pm is sadly now way past my bedtime, but I hung on.

Salah, bar his goal, was awful. Gapko, similar. Corners? Terrible. No pace. No invention. No excitement until they scored. Then, and only then, did it look like we wanted to win.

Cafu, if this was an isolated performance, fair enough. Every team has a bad day at the office. This isn't just one, it's been all season. We've been saved by individual brilliance. But this is atrocious and the common denominator is Slot.

Champions League qualification wasn't enough for Houllier in 03/04. It shouldn't be here, that's despite the trophies/trophy won by both. We have to be looking for someone to take us back up a level.

Even when we've won, we've looked vulnerable. Even the West Ham game, we looked too easy to get at. It's Slot, it's his system. The time to leave was October. Even United look better, and they have Carrick, for Christ's sake.

Every man and their dogs said the rice incident was a penalty except the referee and VAR last night the wolves lad did exactly the same thing like rice he brought his arm towards the ball no penalty var check no penalty.

Seven sets of eyes of officials and still did not come to the right decision.
I am now so fed up with football that starting to turn it off don't know about other football fans but no one football match is refereed the same and it frustrating to watch.

What I find genuinely astonishing is that we are just 3 points off 3rd place. The Liverpool of 2019 would wipe the floor with the current squad playing the way it is. I'd add, I don't think being in the mix for 3rd is anything we can feel happy or proud about. It just means the quality of the league is p.poor.
