I just don't see a future in the side for Gakpo He's been tried out wide and as a CF nothing seems to be working or maybe it's just the system

He is simply not good enough. We sold Diaz who was on 55k pw and kept Gakpo and increased his salary to 250k pw, one of the highest paid players at the club.

Always had the feeling Jones thinks he is better than he is. That isnt a dig as he is a good squad player and a local lad but he has failed to reach the levels he could have.
